Do you have a reception?
The reception is open 24/7.
From what time and up to what time is it possible to check in?
Check-in is possible from 15.00. We will be ready to welcome you from the early hours of the morning and, if possible, to assign you your room immediately. If this is not possible, we will take care of your luggage and invite you to return as soon as your room is ready.
Check-out must be done before 11:00 in the morning. If you need it, you can leave your luggage in our deposit until 19.00 in the afternoon and return to pick it up as soon as you are ready for departure.
Is it possible to make Late Check out or Day use?
Late check out is possible with a supplement or a day use rate, do not hesitate to ask our staff for information.
Do you have extra beds?
Yes. For some types and limited numbers. It is possible to ask for an extra bed subject to availability at least 24 hours before your arrival.
Is smoking allowed inside the apartments?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited in our rooms as per current legislation.
Are four-legged friends allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friends and travel companions are welcome at an additional cost.
Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by owners as not to disturb other guests.
Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by the pet to other guests.
Pet owners are financially responsible for any repair and/or replacement costs of all items possibly stained or damaged by the pet.
It is not permitted to use the Hotel bed linen and towels for the pet (grooming, bedding or other).
It is not allowed to let pets turn around freely in the Hotel, in the other common areas the passage is allowed provided that they are accompanied; cats must be kept in pet carriers.
Pets must not be left unattended in the Hotel rooms for long time and it will be requested a phone number of the owner in case of necessity.
Pets are not allowed to sit on beds, armchairs, chairs, tables etc. (in the Hotel rooms and in its common areas as well).
Do you have cots for babies?
Yes, on request we have a limited number.
Is the linen and cleaning service included in the price?
Bed linen, towels and daily cleaning service are included.
Do you have an internal laundry service?
Yes, we have the possibility of laundry service with which we collaborate, rates and modalities will be inside your room.
Are there any additional costs?
The only additional cost is the tourist tax of 3.00 euros per day per adult.

We do not have breakfast service, but you can find a complimentary wake-up at your disposal with the coffee pods
